I feel so lucky I stumbled across Nicks Developments. I contacted him to ask about the process of custom home building and pricing. On that call I told him we haven’t sold our current house yet. The same day, he came over to look at our house and gave a quote for the work that he thought needed to be done. I am so pleased with the renovations he did to get our house ready to sell. To my surprise he has a real estate team as well which has made this whole process so easy only having to deal with one person. He really worked hard to make sure we were happy. You contact NICKS Developments, and we schedule an on-site consultation to discuss your project details. We’ll gather information on the size and scope of the addition or extension to accurately determine a timeline and cost. Once we have all the details, we’ll draw up a contract proposal.

Design & Permitting

We handle all the home addition design tasks, including architectural and engineering components in addition to interior and exterior design. Our architects will create the drawings for the permit application, which we’ll fill-out and submit. Our reputation and experience in the industry help us streamline the approval process.

Finish Selections & Construction

In collaboration with our professional design team, you’ll select the best materials and finishes. Our designers will incorporate your choices into renderings, mood boards, and drawings for better visualization. Once you approve the final look, we’ll begin demolition and construction.

Final Walkthrough & Delivery
