We are looking for an experienced drywalls, plumbers, framers, insulation, electrician contractors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have already completed their apprenticeship through an accredited post-secondary institution or equivalent training and will have several years of relevant on-the-job experience.
We believe in building strong relationships with our clients and are looking for charismatic personnel who can communicate our company values and help our clients enjoy the renovation process.
The successful candidate will fulfill the following education, experience and skills requirements;
- Completion of high school diploma
- Completion of trade school apprenticeship or equivalent on-the-job training
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and other technical drawings
- Ability to estimate labour and material costs and provide quotes an asset
- Good problem solving skills and a positive attitude
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated history of reliability and professionalism in your trade
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with other trades
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability to lift heavy loads
- Ability to supervise others when necessary

We are looking for a naturally energetic, personable and competent Project Manager to work with our project management department. The project manager is a versatile position that requires a renovation savvy person.
As a project manager it is necessary that you can handle multiple, time-sensitive tasks, while helping to contribute to the entire department’s success. Tasks include, making sure all jobs have the appropriate materials on site, working with senior project coordinator to ensure our clients are happy and to ensure that plans are being followed and ensuring job sites are left clean and any excess garbage is removed.
The successful candidate will fulfill the following education, experience and skills requirements:
- Knowledge of residential construction or renovation experience
- Knowledge of construction site safety
- Previous project coordinating or project managing experience an asset
- Competent with Microsoft Office and software
- Drivers license and owns own tools
- capable of manual labour
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code

The project consultant’s responsibilities include managing leads for potential sales and meeting with prospective clients, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, preparing scopes of work, facilitating communication between the job, clients, contractors and suppliers, working alongside the design department, and resolving job site issues.

The successful candidate will fulfill the following education, experience and skills requirements;
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience
- Background knowledge in construction or renovation

We are currently looking for talented individuals with residential drafting and design experience to join our design team as an architectural technologist. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to; site measurements, permit drawings, residential drafting, and assisting senior designers with client meetings and presentations.

The successful candidate will fulfill the following education, experience and skills requirements;
- 3-5 years’ experience in residential design/drafting
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent in training or experience
- Knowledge of Provincial Building Codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering software
- Knowledge and proficiency in Chief Architect is an asset
- Strong technical knowledge of residential renovations and home construction
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, some sales or customer service experience would be considered an asset
- Understanding the importance of deadlines and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- A valid driver’s license is a requirement
We are seeking an imaginative and professional architectural technologist to assist our designers and to assist our clients in making their dream home a reality. The successful candidate will be open-minded, flexible and able to think outside the box when it comes to residential design.
