This project was designed for a client relocating from the U.S., seeking a permanent residence that could balance comfort, sophistication, and functionality for a growing family. The design needed to reflect a transitional aesthetic—blending modern geometry with warm, livable interiors. The client’s travel commitments also required a highly efficient layout and low-maintenance systems for convenience and longevity.
Result
The Patricia Residence delivers a perfect equilibrium between architectural presence and intimate livability. Its striking façade, defined by large black-trimmed windows and natural stone, introduces a modern elegance that continues throughout the interior. Expansive glazing fills the home with natural light, while custom millwork, marble accents, and warm wood tones bring depth and comfort.
Every space—from the open-concept kitchen to the spa-like ensuite and theatre room—was crafted to feel both sophisticated and inviting. The result is a residence that captures modern luxury through simplicity and thoughtful design, perfectly suited for family life and daily balance.
