    I feel so lucky I stumbled across Nicks Developments. I contacted him to ask about the process of custom home building and pricing. On that call I told him we haven’t sold our current house yet. The same day, he came over to look at our house and gave a quote for the work that he thought needed to be done. I am so pleased with the renovations he did to get our house ready to sell. To my surprise he has a real estate team as well which has made this whole process so easy only having to deal with one person. He really worked hard to make sure we were happy. (We definitely are, our house went way above asking!)Nick will be building our new home and I’ll leave an updated review. I’m so excited to see the finished product.     I found Nick’s developments back in 2018, when looking for a custom home builder. I have never worked with someone with so much attention to detail and integrity when it comes to the quality of work.
