    I feel so lucky I stumbled across Nicks Developments. I contacted him to ask about the process of custom home building and pricing. On that call I told him we haven’t sold our current house yet. The same day, he came over to look at our house and gave a quote for the work that he thought needed to be done. I am so pleased with the renovations he did to get our house ready to sell. To my surprise he has a real estate team as well which has made this whole process so easy only having to deal with one person. He really worked hard to make sure we were happy.
