The goal was to add significant square footage to the existing home without disrupting its classic curb appeal. Result
NICKS Developments completed a full 3,500 sq. ft. addition and interior renovation, expanding the home with refined precision. The design respects the original red brick façade while introducing limestone accents and contemporary windows for a brighter, more balanced elevation.
New living areas were added to enhance flow and comfort, featuring large custom windows that open the home to its landscaped yard and create natural indoor–outdoor continuity. The rear extension provides a perfect setting for entertaining, while the pool, cabana, and sauna add luxury and relaxation to daily life.
With improved insulation, high-quality finishes, and durable exterior materials, Elton Park now stands as a timeless residence that unites heritage character with modern family living.
